What form of payment do you accept?

Erbslöh accepts several forms of payment:

Germany:

Europe excluding Germany:

Ordering and Delivery

How can I order from Erbslöh?

We accept orders by telephone, e-mail or fax, but the quickest and most convenient way to order our products is through our e-shop.

    When you place an order by phone we will need you to give us the following information, so please have it readily available:

    • Please tell us your customer number. If you’ve done business with us before you will have a customer number which will appear on a previous bill.

    N.B.: Once you have placed an order by phone, e-mail or fax, you will receive a confirmation.

  • To order by e-mail contact craft@erbsloeh.com.

    Please provide us with the following information:

    • Your customer number if you have one.
    • Your phone number.
    • Your billing and delivery address.
    • The product names and quantities of the products you want to order.

Is it possible to change an order once I’ve placed it?

Please contact customer services immediately and have your order number ready if you want to make changes to an order.

Will you confirm my order?

Yes. We send out an e-mail to confirm your order. If you don’t appear to have received one, check your spam folder as the e-mail may have been directed there. If you still appear to have not received a confirmation, please contact customer services for assistance.

 

How will my order be delivered?

We use the DPD parcel service for smaller shipments within Europe. This takes 2-4 days depending on your location.
For larger shipments (over 60 kg) we use freight forwarders DB Schenker.

What action should I take if my order is incorrect or incomplete?

We make every effort to process your orders swiftly and correctly, but things sometimes do go wrong. If you have not received part of your order by the expected delivery date, please wait and see if it arrives the next day. If it does not arrive, or when it arrives it is incorrect or there are still items missing, please contact customer services

telling us exactly what is missing or incorrect.

 

What action should I take if my order is damaged?

If your shipment arrives in a damaged state, please make a point of telling the courier and noting the damage when you sign for the delivery. Please also notify us immediately in writing. Please take a photo of the damaged parcel and/or goods and e-mail it to us with your notification of the damage.

Cancellation

Can I cancel orders?

Yes. Please contact customer services without delay if you decide to cancel an order.

Returns

How do I return goods to you if I am not satisfied with them?

We hope that our products will meet all your requirements, but if you do wish to return a delivery please contact our customer services to make arrangements (in a timeframe of maximum 14 days after you received the delivery).
