Mode of action:
Prevention and decomposition of colloidal haze in green beer (e.g. glycogen) and for high glucose yield (e.g. whisky production).
With the use of citrine, it is possible to increase the sugar (glucose content) in the treated wort, up to 100%.
0.2 – 10 mL/hL cold wort or green beer.

PH range 2.5 – 6.5, temperature range from 2 – 90 °C.
